Sina Alberta Falls was born in 1903(?) to Jacob B. and Rosetta (Moore) Falls. In 1930, Mrs. Pitcher began work as cook at the University of Kansas' Phi Beta Pi medical fraternity house. She remained in the position until her retirement in 1962, when the house (and medical school) moved to Kansas City. She also worked as housemother at the University's Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity house. Outside of her duties at these houses, Mrs. Pitcher was an active member of the Self Culture Club. ...
